Products
We offer handmade eco-friendly furniture. Due to natural materials, slight variations in colour and texture may occur.

Prices & payments
All prices are shown in EUR and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria and applicable EU regulations.

Warranty Policy

All SAKART products are covered by a 2-year warranty, in accordance with European Union consumer protection laws.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and material faults that occur under normal use during the warranty period.

Due to the natural characteristics of wood, variations such as grain differences and colour changes may occur and are considered normal and non-defective.

 If cracks caused by temperature or humidity changes are present upon delivery, we will replace the product under the warranty. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or accidents

• Damage caused by improper assembly or unauthorized modifications
