Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

In accordance with European Union consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at sakart.art@gmail.com before returning the item.

Return Conditions

• Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging

• Custom-made or made-to-order products are non-returnable, unless defective

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

• Items returned without prior contact may not be accepted

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt of the returned product.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or with cracks, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the issue.

Cracks caused by temperature or humidity changes that are present upon delivery are covered under our Warranty Policy and will result in replacement.

Warranty Claims

Warranty-related issues are handled separately under our Warranty Policy and are not subject to the standard return procedure.
