Return & Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

In accordance with European Union consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, customers may contact us using the contact details provided on our website or through any withdrawal or cancellation request mechanism made available on our store. We will promptly acknowledge receipt of the request.

Return Conditions

• Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

• Products made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized are exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal, except where otherwise required by applicable law. This does not affect the customer’s legal rights in relation to defective or non-conforming goods.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Please contact us before returning an item so that we can provide return instructions. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt of the returned product.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or with cracks, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the issue.

Cracks caused by temperature or humidity changes that are present upon delivery are covered under our Warranty Policy and will result in replacement.

Warranty Claims

Warranty-related issues are handled separately under our Warranty Policy and are not subject to the standard return procedure.
